Alex is head of Operations and holds 27 years' insurance industry experience within operational, risk and governance roles. Alex oversees the smooth running of our Quality Assurance, FCA Compliance, Statutory Regulations, Training Competence Programmes, IT, Telecoms, HR and payroll.

Anders Lewis

Associate Director

Anders oversees the Employee Benefits team having worked for several global employee benefit consultancies, specialising in corporate private medical insurance. With 20 years' experience, he manages our growing Employee Benefits team and has day to day oversight of both the sales and administration functions.

Siobhan Crawford

Head of Group Finance

Siobhan heads up our Accounts Team and is responsible for all functions of our accounting department; from collecting and paying Insurer money to management accounts and payroll.

Senior Consultant

Darren has over 10 years’ experience in the employee benefits sector, specialising in private medical insurance. His current responsibilities are to build, maintain and grow the employee benefits division, building relationships with new and existing clients.

Hazel Postma BA (Hons) DipDM

Head of Marketing

Hazel heads up our marketing department and is committed to supporting the growth of the Company. Based in our Bristol office, she oversees the marketing, events and PR across the Group.

Trevor Trendell-Smith

Group Risk Executive

Trevor has over 20 years’ experience in group risk insurance and holds the GR1 qualification. He provides support for any enquiries relating to group risk insurances such as life insurance/death in service, critical illness and income protection.

Dominic Hillier

Senior Client Coordinator

Dominic is a healthcare specialist focusing on maintaining client relations and enhancing their employee benefits schemes. He has over 5 years' experience working in private medical insurance and employee benefits.
